Business Application Lead

Full Time Business Application LeadWe are looking for a full-time Business Application Lead to join our team in Auckland or Tauranga in a newly created role. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of application support experience of Salesforce or a similar application, ideally, be Salesforce Certified, and want a role where they can lead the company utilization of their internal applications. This role will be taking ownership for the key business applications (Salesforce is 80% of this role's time) and then leading its journey through the growth of the company's business and digital capacity.The Business Application Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the internal direction, configuration and support of the companies applications, including Salesforce, across the entire company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality application support services from the meeting of key business stakeholders and users, the taking of business requirements to configuration and support.
Responsibilities:
Lead the direction for and manage the support of the companies' applications - Salesforce (Financial Service Cloud, CRM, Marketing Cloud), Microsoft Office 365, and cloud legacy systems. Work hand in hand with key business users to implement and customize the Salesforce application Administration of Salesforce to function in accordance to business requirements Building and improving the functionality of the Salesforce application to enhance business processes and use. Develop and implement application support processes and procedures Troubleshoot and resolve application issues Manage the relationship with vendor application support Provide training and support to end users Work with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of business applications Some travel needed between Auckland and Tauranga Why take this role? Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 4-8 years of experience in application support Strong business analyst and project management skills Ability to communicate to non-technical people to take technical requirements for applications. Strong understanding of Salesforce, Salesforce administration, and application support Experience working with vendors for application support and or development. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
